Why doesn't the atkins diet work anymore? I did ...

Why doesn't the atkins diet work anymore?  I did it before and worked like a charm.  Now I turn those test strips bright red but not loose a pound.  Can I be resistant to the diet now?  How do i break the resistance?

yes you can. I am actually doing the atkin's diet. I have been in phase one for about a month and a half. :] The book says only to move on, when you are satisfied with your weight loss during the first phase.
