I am have been doing the same work out routine for 4 years and i am lookin for something new cause i am just getting tired of the same stuff. Here is my routine. Day 1:Chest/Tri Day 2: Back/Bi Day 3: Legs/shoulders. I don't want to make a big change but i need something a lil different

Try changing the tasks for each day.

If you are in a gym, see if you can talk with a trainer about this for free. You could get some good ideas.

I have read this book and trained by it when I was younger. The book does not look like the one that I used. I suspect that it is a later edition. This will change your routine, but in the edition that I read, there were many different routines that one could choose from.
