There are only two things---Nutrition and Exercise

Circuit training is the best for all around cardio and endurance exercise

I would suggest a vegetarian style program for a few weeks--you do need to eat 6x a day. 3 meals and 3 nutrional bars

I know diet and exercise are a huge part of weight loss but some times people need more then that. I know I personally had a hard time losing weight until I started Phentramin D and since losing over 40 lbs I feel great and so happy i decided to try it.
