I have always had a healthy, well rounded diet and I work out at the gym 3 times per week, but can't seem to lose an ounce. 3 of the medicines I'm on have a side effect of weight gain. When I discuss this with the doctors, they say stay on the medicines for now and when we start reducing it, you will see a weight loss. In the meantime, hardly anthing fits me. What to do? Alas. Kathy
