Type your question here...I just turned 53 and I barely eat antthing at all, I've had stomach issues that essentially make me like a bulimic, but over the past year I've maybe lost 10lbs; is my metabolism dead? Am I doomed to be fat forever? I'm active but weigh 186 - What's a girl to do? I'd like to get married again, (I'm a widow) and I really don't see much of a future. Is my only chance to look normal hard core weight lifting and aerobics 24/7???????
