Got a question about diet & fitness? Type your question here...  I have diabetes,high blood presure,and I take a blood thinner.  I also have drop foot and bad balance. I am 63 years old and live in a rural area. I can not eat nuts or fish of any kind. I need to lose 90 pounds.  HOW?

Cut the saturated fat products such as whole milk, butter, 2% milk, fatty meat, egg yolks, and cheese out of your diet. Also, no more junk food such as colas and desserts.
