What is the best way to lose weight fast?

There is no good way to lose weight fast. Studies have shown that people who lost weight quickly, put it back on even faster. A sensible diet and exercise is the best way to go. Your weight loss goals should be 1 to 3 pounds a week.

Even though you have an urge to lose weight fast I suggest you take it slow and simply eat healthy and in moderation. Add on to that physical activity and the pounds will come off. The reason to take it slow is because losing weight fast causes you to gain it back just as fast as you lose it.

Consult a dietitian that will fit you with a diet which normally includes a change in your lifestyle. Physical activity is always blessed and essential   for the diet to work. Lots of overweighted people loose weight fast at the beginning but to do it correctly is to loose weight gradually.

I started this

calorie shifting diet program, and it is very easy to do. It is 11 day diet, where you can lose up to 9 pounds in 11 days. Than you are off diet for 3 than back on the diet again for 11.  Not bad, I like the fact that it has cheating days as I just have to cheat. :)

drugs drugs and more drugs, speed extacy, cocaine, whatever uppers you can get hold of, but keep in mind you could die, and when you stop drugs you put the weight back on straight away. This was not intented to be serious by the way.

So as others have suggested, there is no fast way to lose weight, it takes good time.

i've lost 63 p in three months all what i did is that i ate only healthy food i didnt eat any rise or junk food just try to control your self eat salads and lots of it stay away from soft drinks and beer drink fresh juce or water try to do some push ups and sit ups and you will oose your wait in a blinc just like me

 

As everyone else said, it does take time. Diet and exercise..not just 1 of them. You need to make sure you follow a strict diet though, definitely no cheating. And when you work out, I suggest starting with weight training and then moving to cardio. You don't start burning fat until you're 20 minutes into your workout. Try it out..you should lose 2lbs a week. That would be healthy. If you want to do it the unhealthy way and put it all back on..there are a million ways to do that, but I don't suggest any of them.
