I made a deposit at the medical weight loss clinic and I'm having second thoughts. I haven't paid for the plan in full because I'm afraid that I'll be wasting my money. I'm on a fixed income and I can't afford to spend a half grand on something that won't work for me. What should I do?

I'm not sure about the whole medical weight loss clinic. Did your doctor recommend this method?
