Corrine, this sounds extremely serious and you NEED to see a doctor ASAP, with diabetes, the feet seem to be the most, and if you have a rash on your foot than it may worsen it than if you had....well i don't know on your arm.  So...I have never heard of anything like this so PLEASE see a doctor.  You won't ruin the family day your family will understand, and even feel sorry for you and comfort you, I'm really sorry because I can't help you anymore now because it is 3:05 AM and I have to go to bed, But anyways Go see a doctor and hang in there.  Feel better.  We all love you and support you.Smile
