Hi,


That's probablly the most important question in the interview.  If you really want the job you should find, in advance, what is your added value that is outstanding from the others: Innovation, creativity, flexble, quick to learn, hardworking, team worker, etc, etc.....  specially emphasize those qualities that are important / relevant to that job.  Don't pretend, be yourself.

No Doubt that this is an important question in an interview.But why give a conventional answer everytime.

You can reply by saying Because "I am looking for a career and others are only looking for a job "

As well as add to this your personell strengths.
