I do not have a sweet tooth so I'm not the best on desserts. If you'll turn on the Food Network and watch Giada at Home or she also hosts Everyday Italian. she prepares lots of desserts. she is promoted for the beginner cooks, but I love her foods. give her a try I think you will like her. You can go to www.foodnetwork.com  and do a search for Giada, but there are tons of Italian cooks on there.     by all means if it makes you have the snots, then maybe a muzzle? LOL  Just teasing.
