I have researched your request, and based on the information submitted, can find no records that are responsive to your request.

 

Should you deem this response to be a denial of your FOIA request, you have the right to appeal to the Mayor to review my determination, or you may seek judicial review in the Superior Court pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 2-537 and 1 D.C.M.R. § 412.  If you elect to appeal to the Mayor, your appeal must be in writing, should include a statement of the arguments, circumstances, or reasons in support of the information sought by your request, and should include a copy of the agency’s written denial letter issued to you.
