the  2 person   tenant and  co-tenant, name  and  bith date, S/S #  The manaher  take  Retaliation with tenant Wrongfully, because manager  no attend  neccesity of  the tenant.Tenant put  complaint  to  several  gov  housing  agency. in 2011 the lease  was  renew, but he manage r do not like  delivery the  lease  to the tenant/ despite  that it  appear  signed 10 day  before. Tenant  put  again complaint to the  Law- the  law  call  the manager  and explain the  is  not legal the retention of  the lease. Manager  afraid, call the  tenant and  say the  come  for  the lease, Retaliation, Evil design by the  Manager/Landlord.  The manager  delivery several application to co-tenant to move  to  another  place  affordable rent. Tenant say if  I pay $300.00  and  the  Co-tenant $300.00  what  happen if  the  Co-tenant vacate  the  unit  and  keep here  alone- Co-tenant move  and  the  rent   arrived to be paid

here is my portion of rent $300.00 manager  say not  you need pay  $600.00

why? because  you appear  in the  contract  as  tenant. Or  you pay or  you are evicted. with three day notice.  Tenant review the  lease  2001, and  the last page  sign only  tenant  and  manager, lease  2002 the last page of  contract appear signed   tenant and  manager. lease  year  2003, in the  last page  of lease  appear  signed only tenant and manager. But......in the  last lease/or  contract  retained. The Manager  had  put  in the last page tenant

 co-tenant  as  tenant in he contract, to justify o be  cover  on the  Rule of

Tenant 30 days to vacate  the rent.    The  Real tenant (me)  received three day notice of pay the  rent  o vacate.[intimidation]?  I don; know. The  Lease  was Adultered puting  the  co-tenan  as  tenant.....in the last page  of  contract. The Ffordable  Rent Broken the  contract  because  hel to co-tenant to move...I need  your Honest Answer
