Every state has a Board of Dentistry whereby a Dentist is licensed through this board. You can contact your state Attorney General's Office to file a complaint and then ask them for the address for the Board. You can also file a complaint with your dental insurance carrier and the American Dental Association www.ada.org. Hope that this helps as there are a lot of really bad dentists that should not be practicing. I had to sue my dentist because he pulled my lower molar and half of my jaw bone came with it. Dentistry is really a stupid health science, I don't know why they have schools for them.

If you have experienced dental fault which caused injuries and damages, then you should speak to a skilled medical malpractice lawyer as soon as possible.
