Greetings, with-out seeing the detail of the painting, putting a value could be quite difficult. Some Occupied Japan items were detailed and most were very crude. Demitasse (correct spelling) can also be confused with childs tea cups. Occupied Japan items have lost significant interest in the collecting market since eBay came on the scene. That said, I would bet my last buck your set would value under $15.00. Good Luck, Tim
