Where is the best state to create a LLC partnership? I live in New York state. I have heard that Delaware is a good place to incorporate.

I did a

lawyer search for "partnership attorneys", most of them were located in Delaware. In looking at their websites, it appears to be cheaper to incorporate in Delaware as an LLC, partnership, whatever. there are less taxes as well.
