You can use different size cans for the inside buildings and pringles containers for the towers. Glue parts together with z6000 glue(craft or Wal-Mart stores) and paint them dark gray, use black to add the windows and stone outline.  The kids at the church have used Quaker Oat boxes and sometimes we make the taller ones out of just cardboard. You can always make a cone from cardboard or heavy poster paper for the tops of the towers. Have fun.
