They sell decorative wrapping paper, you can buy pink or blue or both.  Ribbons on the outside of the box with bows. a rattle tied on to the ribbon or a rubber duck, or   pacifier, or funnel for formula. Once you go into the baby department you won't have any trouble finding these things.

You can nix the wrapping and use a colored decorative shopping bag with tissue of another color.
