God gave us the ability to reason therefore use it to decide what you should do.  Faith will always guide you.  God will not hold a few mistakes against you. 

However, this question was posed by a notoriously unforgivable atheist named Physicalist.  There is no cause to think that he can ever be inspired or saved.  Unforgiving atheists are by definition unforgvable atheists, already condemned because they are foolish enough to hold a blasphemous grudge.

All grudge keeping is of the devil hence we see very clearly why only those who hold grudges shall be condemned to hell for eternity. 

Rest assured, there burns no hotter fire in hell than that reserved for home wreckers and troublemakers.  They knew this long ago and acted quite deliberately for the devil, therefore there is no more chance to forgive an atheist like Physicalist as there is to forgive a Muslim suicide bomber.  Both act out only hate with every fiber of their being and cannot ever improve.

Such bigots deserve what they shall get.
