 is debtors prison coming back? understanding todays economy it should be made clear to debtors that you can settle your debt somehow and dont have to be rude.there should be another punishment but you cant afford to pay fines.wha telse can wake us up(yes im one of the smart asses)but I AM AFRAID OF PRISON
