here is my point of view no matter what it is the state that provdes the social services to the poverty or the fed 1 way or another we still support the poverty. the question is it going to be 50 ways or 1 way 50 bills or 1 bill? i believe we eliminate the 50 different bills which do add up to 1 bill. and let the states focus more on education and reformation of the privatized part of society the poverty will decrease if it takes 10x as long to go through the fed then go through a job training set up by the state or a college tuition help set by the state. Depending on what part of the social services is being talked about depends on whether or not the fed or state should cover. Not all should be the states problems and not all should be governed by the fed . Remember most of the Federal deficet is based upon the states deficet. No matter how it looks most of the problems stem from the states. We are one country no matter what New York to California, Illinois to Texas. A nation divided is a nation conquered this is not just in War but it is also in fianances.
