Can scaring a person to death be admissible in a court of law?

Good question and this is strictly my opinion, not a legal opinion by any means. Was the act done intentionally? Did you or whomever intend to kill the person when you set out to scare the person? I am not certain, and again, just my opinion, but it seems that in order to bring a charge, there must be some intent to harm/kill. Hope it helps. Good luck.

I just read about that on aol !!!! seems to me it could be manslaughter...not sure i sure will watch that story close.....
