People automatically think being in a higher position within a business context is peaches and cream, but I don't think it is. There is more responsibilities on your plate and a lot of your colleagues who are under you look uo to you with all their questions, problems, and suggestions. Trying to sort everything out is hard. I give mad props to you Steve for taking on the responsibilities and wanting to be a good a good team leader. I think the information that would be useful for you would be on group communication tutorials and management training tutorials that can be found if researched on google, yahoo, Bing etc.
