once a restraining order is issued for a certain length of time, there s no appeal. you are allowed 1 visit to your home to take what you need and you must be accompanied by a police escort. a restrainig order, though only a misdeameaner, if viotated becomes a felony and is usually followed by a time in jail or prison. my advice : obey it. you can pick up the person who asked for the order, but you can't put your car on the property. you can take her to vegas for a week, no problem. you can have her in your hotel room every night that's fine. just don't let the tip of your shoe or thw wheel of your car be on the property line or you violate the protection order. believe me i know
