How many days

does anybody know about how the jails go about sentenceing,as far as if a person was to get 30 days jail time how long would they actually have to do in the county jail? some say they do half of what they are givien ,and some say 30 days would be like 20 days? can someone tell me the real story please?

If you're given 30 days, you'll most likely serve 30 days, barring some other conditions. If you work as a trustee, that can knock some time off. But mostly, you're going to serve what you were sentenced to.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.
