I dont think you would called anything, because I do not think there is a title for that. If there was a title, it would probably be like 2nd or 3rd cousin-in-law. As for the mean and meaningless other answers to your question...ignore them. In many states, it is against the law for 1st cousins to marry mainly because the family genes are too close to each other. However, in the cases of 2nd or 3rd cousins marrying, there are no laws against this, and the family gene pool has already been separated enough. Follow your heart, and good luck.
