the way you can have the father more involved without stressing him out is by having him come to doctors appointments andlisten to the heart beat and watch the ultra sounds as you get them. explian to him thatevery thing will be ok and that once the baby comes into this wonderful world that it will the the most loving feeling he will ever had next to you. i really hope this helps
