A.D.D. help

I work for FedEx and have A.D.D. can anyone help me with requesting reasonable accommodations?

I am a courier and what request some help.

Can anyone help me...Is there any disability out there that could help me get through this process.

I've beeen driving for the past 26-27 years for the company and have been seeing a doctor and been on medicine for the pasted 7 years for A.D.D.

What I suggest you do is contact a certified A.D.D. coach. This type of person can help you with the problems you are describing. See this web page as an example of what a coach does.
