I have seen only one ball mill that ever used cylinders for crushing operations.  That was Luke-Simmons Gypsum in Winnepeg.  They got 40X100 MM cylinders from a nearby steel mill at a discount and found that they worked poorly. 

They replaced the cylinders with 120 MM steel balls and soon they got the results they wanted.

Obama's program is not working. That is why you aren't, either, or soon won't be.
