I want to thank Equss for writing a answer back to me" It takes people like you and me to help these poor animals get help" they have no voice to speak out,and I hope we can get more people to help me get all answers I need for this matter: I live in the CutlerBay area,which is cutler Ridge, and I really want to get all the help I can get to help these poor Dogs, They have five dogs in the back yard and two in the house, I will call and write to the mayor of cutler bay and see if I can get some help from him.
