Discuss andrea's answer to: Why the customer is always rite?

The customer is not always rite. They are always right. That is because they are spending money. Businesses need money to operate. If a customer is not treated well they will not spend their money at that business. If there are enough unhappy customers, the business will fail and the people that own that business and work there will be out of a job.
