my son lives with his father in england where he has custody. my son for some years now wishes to live with me here in spain. i need some help as i seem to be banging my head against a brick wall. i have amle information as to why my son should not be allowed to remain in the status quo cafass dont seem to listen or be interested in my reasons why. please give me some advice. i have also just received an e-mail from my ex wanting to reduce contact in the summer from 4 weeks to 2 weeks because he and his new wife are expecting their baby in august.how much more can my son take he is 11 years old and is taking his stats exams this week.
