Custody of my child

My 2 month old daughter is with my mom. she told me to sign a custody paper to help get the babies health insurance and benefits while i went to puerto rico to fix my marriage. Now she made my husband sign a paper for custody in engllish(which he doesnt speak) now she put a case against me for abandonment...i havent abandoned my baby she tricked me into leaving now she has custody...i need help from a pro-bono lawyer or an affordable lawyer to get her back...please im very desperate i dont want to lose my daughter...
