I am curious about a coin I found, that says koneek cccp on it.

I found a coin, on the front utit has the number 10 real big at the top, under that is the word koneek, and under that is 1980.  On the opposite side, there is a crest of some sort and under that, the letters CCCP.  I think it is Russian from what I have read.  I don't expect it to be worth anything, but I am kind of curious as to what it is.  Does anyone know?
