so theres this guy i work with and he started about 3 weeks ago and at 1st i didnt like him but now i really do and like i dont know if he likes me back like sometimes i think he does and sometimes i dont think so like were always togehter at work and like i always help him and like one of the older ladys i work with like mentioned something about finding me a boyfriend and hes like oo find me a girlfriend and we will be good and the lady was like oo look at that you need a boyfriend and hes needs a girlfriend and like he looked over the rack of clothes to see my expression and like wen we tlk he looks like right into my eyes and like he listens to what i say and dosnt like jst answer yea ok like he actually talks and like hell tell me stories and like i dont see him talking that much to any of the other people at work and like he teases me and stuff but then like he does things that make me second guess like wen i come into work hell see me but he wont come over and say hi but like i no he saw me like i always help him with stuff and then ill ask him for help and hell like do some of what i ask but wont likedo everything i ask the other day i was tlking about break and like we were going the same time but like he didnt invite me like he thought i was going out to eat he didnt no i was staying at work and then like wen i told him i was he was like yea come eat with me but like that was after i was like afte hinted to going on break together and today like he was in a differnt department at work than he usually is and he kept coming over and talking to me like i dont know if he likes me its soo confusing how can i know or find out for sure how he feels

tell him how you feel and ask how he feels or hint to him if he likes you  he wil find out in time i guess unless you  sraight up ask him you wont really now

Dizz gave you the right answer,  I gave her 2 thumbs up.  Next time you have a chance to talk privately, not at work, innocently  just ask him if he has a girlfriend  and ask him where she is.  That way you'd know.

Invite conversation when your work ethics brings you together. Make it the job, talking lightly about yourself(no drama), etc. Don't giggle like a teenager, chew gum, or other unladylike things.

Its never too late to ask.

Sounds like he does like you. He's probably thinking the same thing you are.If you don't want to just come straight out and ask him, start flirting with him a little more.When you talk to him and he's looking into your eyes,just give him that sexy look with your eyes real quick.Try to stand or sit a little closer to him while you're talking.Something will happen eventually.
