Although i've never encountered a patient who had Crohn's disease, I came accross the following web sites and organizations that may be able to help:

2. http://ccfa.org/info/about/crohns (esp. the "Chapters & Events tab on the left)

3. http://mayoclinic.com/health/crohns-disease/DS00104/DSECTION=coping%2Dand%2Dsupport
