Hey Ezekiel take a look at #mce_temp_url# they seen to be a pretty good site.  I saw them on twitter.

Have you tried this site... http://usa.visa.com/personal/cards/prepaid/visa_gift_card.html

I would be carefull in dealing with the smaller resellor sites as you can never be sure of what you are getting.

There are many online good sites, I would say that online sites can be easily known by searching online or by some other ways, you can search it on the internet.
