mrs. yedda I would like to know if a # of social security is granted to @ individual what is the reason I all the debtor wants to hold me responsible for each person that have similar name like mine. My name is francisca j. rodriguez and there are many accounts that does not belong to me and they still keep on reporting into my credit report.  I recognize that during the early 90's I get into a situation that I even have to applied for welfare but that was in  the pastl an they still have that posted and I know it will be only for 10 years.
