Hi, I have a situation with a credit card I have had since 1998. I have a rather high balance at the moment. I always pay at least the min amount due on time.  Since Jan they have lower my credit limit 3 times.  This is not helping my credit scores since I appear to be "maxed out" all the time. Should I pay this card off or use the funds to pay my other card that has a higher interest rate?

The best advice in these cases is to always pay off the one with the highest interest rate to save yourself money.  If this credit card company is really troubling you with their actions then you could try to get a loan to pay them off and close the account.  If you have many cards now and are just keeping up you can always go to a debt counseling site like http://www.BudgetPlanners.net for a free consultation to see if they can help you in your situation.

Do you need <a href="http://www.budgetplanners.net/" rel="nofollow">debt consolidation</a> help or advice? Get your <a href="http://www-free-credit-report.com/" rel="nofollow">free credit report</a><a href="http://www-free-credit-report.com/" rel="nofollow"> </a> and credit score now.

Well I don’t know much about it, but I would say that you can know more about it by searching it online, I hope that you will easily be able to do that.
