How to create an account

I am trying to create an aol account and it seems to freeze and won't allow me to? Any ideas?

Do you have enough disk space on your computer to upload it?

If you don't know...then go to Start in your bottom Windows taskbar...click on Programs, Accessories, System Tools and then click on Clean Disk...after you run Clean Disk...Run a Defragmentation.  Try to upload it again after you have cleaned your hard drive and done the Defrag.
