Every couple of minutes, for about a week now, I have been having broadband disconnections, saying error AC-3002 0x84100113 - can anybody tell me what this means and what can I do about it?Driving me mad. I am not technically minded, so straight forward English please, ta.
I don't know what those errors mean but try unplugging your modem/cable for about 15 seconds and plug it in again. sometimes they get headaches.
