Is there any over the counter medicine to help

There are very many OTC meds to help almost anything. You didn't say specifically what you would need it for!

To help what???? How the bleep is anyone supposed to answer a question like that?

It's absolutely amazing to me how many clueless people come on here and ask half a question, leaving out vital information, yet expect an answer.

I think she means sciatica. It's in her keywords dealie. Aside from maybe ibuprofin or something like that, I don't know of any OTC meds for sciatica. It usually requires some good pain meds.

The only thing that worked for my sciatica was getting physical therapy 3 days a week for 2 months. I did all kinds of supervised stretching and other exercises, some with a big exercise ball. Then after the 2 months I did them on my own, first 3 days a week and then I slowly tapered off. That was 10 years ago and I walk 5 miles every day and have no sciatica pain. BTW, mine was caused by a bulging disc at L5,S1. Pain meds, from ibuprofen to naprosyn to voltaren to vicodin to percocet did nothing.
