FoxitReader (http://www.foxitsoftware.com/downloads) has a feature called "Text Viewer" which shows the contents of a pdf file as simple text. But it doesn't work on all .pdf files.

Then you might need a .pdf to .doc converter, e.g. Foxit PDF2TXT (http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/tc_intro.php)

you can use simpo word to pdf to acheive your target without copying and pasting,just convert,then done!http://www.simpopdf.com
