How do I copy a video attachment to a folder on my Hard Drive?

I received an email with an attachment that has a video in it. I want to copy the entire email or just the video attachment to a file folder outside of the AOL Mail website, i.e. I want to copy it to my personal file on my Hard Drive. I have an iMac.
