I went to a wedding reception and they served the most delicious potato casserole. I asked the owner what was in it and all she would tell me was it had feta cheese, green pepper and was then topped with some sauce that had balsamic vinegar in it. Has anyone got a recipe for anything even remotely similar - please let me know.
