Most all bread has bubbles. This is a function of the yeast, which produces gas and bubbles. This causes the bread to rise. Without it the bread would be very heavy and not terribly good.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.
