low- medium -high temperatures in kichten stoves in knob numbers. What numbers apply to settings using the knob in stove? Example -medium setting is it # 4, 5 or 6 in the knob.

I would say that "1" is the lowest temp.  To find medium go to the "center" number on the dial....If the highest number is "8"...then med. would be in the 4/5 area.  If it is "6"...it would be in the 3/4 area.
