  1. Step 1

  2. Place roast in a roasting pan lined with aluminum foil.

  3. Step 2
    Sprinkle pork with salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, and of flour.

  4. Step 3
    Pour all of the water and vinegar into the roasting pan.

  5. Step 4
    Add onions and garlic cloves. If using hot sauce, drizzle the pork evenly with it.

  6. Step 5
    Bake roast, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 3 1/2 hours, or until tender
