Make sure they are dry and place in plastic bag with most of the air removed(i use a piece of plastic tube and suck the air out and put a twist tie on the bag ,then place in bottom of fridge.Wash the vegiesr when you remove them for use.I have used this method for years and it keeps the veg in good condition for up to 3 weeks.

vegetables are easy to spoil. put inside fridge on veggies area.
