hello rosa, i make food for my mom her teeth are loose and she cant eat real well, so. i make all kinds of food like pasta dishes casseroles, baked goods, potatoes, etc. i simply cut the food all kinds of food in small pieces, and always make my meat very tender and easy to swallow.i don't like to put it in a blender, because it takes the pleasure out of eating.make sure everything is tender and you can use your gums to eat it. i hope this helps. sincerely, fiarella.oh, i know that salad is hard to eat with out teeth so stay away from that, but veggies are imporant, so over cook them if you have to. it's better than no vegetable at all.
